• We specialize in all-natural cosmetic skincare products, including anti-aging, anti-blemish, radiance, body care, and specialized sets formulated with tropical African ingredients.
  
• We strive to display product colors, ingredients, and effects accurately, but actual results may vary based on skin type, usage, and individual factors. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
• All products are for external use only. Perform a patch test before first use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a healthcare professional.

• Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
• Prices are listed in your selected currency and may change without notice, shipping, and import duties (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.
• Payment is processed securely via our third-party payment providers. You agree to provide accurate, current billing information.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship to select countries as indicated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues are beyond our control.
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery. Please inspect packages upon receipt and report damage or missing items within 48 hours.

• Due to the personal nature of cosmetic products, we accept returns only for unopened,  in original packaging within 2 days of delivery.
• To initiate a return, contact us with your order number. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or shipped in error.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on this site—including logos, product names, images, text, and formulations—is the property of Dr.Bates Solutions or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any site content without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Our products are cosmetic and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Consult a dermatologist for persistent skin concerns.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dr.Bates Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, where Dr.Bates Solutions is headquartered.
• Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, claims may be submitted to competent courts in Ghana.
